Novus Winery was delighted to participate in the two-day wine event “20th Map of Flavours,” held on December 2nd and 3rd, 2023, at the Ioannis Vellidis Congress Centre in Thessaloniki. Our presence at stand E61 gave us the opportunity to present our wines to both industry professionals and wine enthusiasts.
The response from the public was enthusiastic, which brings us great joy and motivation in the early stages of our winery. Our featured wines at the event included:
- The white A Priori made from 100% Moschofilero.
- The rosé Acquarella, a blend of three varieties: Moschofilero, Assyrtiko, and Syrah.
- The white Optimum made from 100% Moschofilero, with significant aging potential.
