Novus Winery at the "20th Map of Flavours" Event

Novus Winery was delighted to participate in the two-day wine event “20th Map of Flavours,” held on December 2nd and 3rd, 2023, at the Ioannis Vellidis Congress Centre in Thessaloniki. Our presence at stand E61 gave us the opportunity to present our wines to both industry professionals and wine enthusiasts.

The response from the public was enthusiastic, which brings us great joy and motivation in the early stages of our winery. Our featured wines at the event included:

  • The white A Priori made from 100% Moschofilero.
  • The rosé Acquarella, a blend of three varieties: Moschofilero, Assyrtiko, and Syrah.
  • The white Optimum made from 100% Moschofilero, with significant aging potential.

Exciting News: Novus Winery’s “A Priori” white wine on Aegean Airlines flights!

We are thrilled and proud to announce that our flagship white wine, A Priori, is now available on international flights with Aegean Airlines! This exciting collaboration brings our beloved wine to new heights, allowing travelers to enjoy a taste of Greece while flying.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Aegean Airlines for this wonderful opportunity. A Priori, a white dry wine made from 100% Moschofilero, is now part of the in-flight meal experience for the next four months, starting from September 2023. This wine, which is a Protected Designation of Origin Mantinia, is known for its vibrant aromas of citrus and Turkish delight. It is perfectly balanced on the palate, with a crisp acidity and a long, refreshing aftertaste.

A Priori pairs beautifully with green salads and grilled fish, and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif. It is best served at a temperature of 9-11°C.
